Restaurant Owner Responsibilities

• • Ensure QR codes are properly displayed and functional

Subscription Plans

NoReM offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing. All fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.

Payment Processing

• • All transactions are encrypted and secure
• • Failed payments may result in service suspension
• • Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance

Transaction Fees

For QR code orders processed through our platform, a small transaction fee may apply. These fees are clearly disclosed during the ordering process.

Analytics & Insights

Our Rights

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and the overall design, are the exclusive property of NoReM or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload (menus, images, etc.), but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the Service.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Service or us.

Data Retention

Upon termination, we may retain certain data for legal, regulatory, or business purposes. You may request deletion of your personal data subject to our legal obligations.

Service Availability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.
