NoReM allows restaurants to list their menus and services online, and customers can discover restaurants, view menus, make orders, and reserve tables all in one place. Our platform uses AI-assisted search to help customers find the perfect dining experience.
Currently, NoReM primarily serves Addis Ababa, but we're expanding to other cities in Ethiopia. Stay tuned for updates!
For Customers
Browse restaurants on our homepage, select a restaurant, view their menu, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can choose delivery or takeaway options.
You can browse restaurants and menus without an account, but you'll need to sign in to place orders, save favorites, and track your order history.
We accept various payment methods including cash on delivery, mobile money (Telebirr, CBE Birr), and card payments. Available payment methods may vary by restaurant.
Yes! Once you place an order, you can track its status in real-time from your Order History page. You'll also receive notifications for order updates.
Visit a restaurant's page, click the 'Reserve' button, select your preferred date, time, and number of guests, and confirm your reservation.
For Restaurants
Click 'List Your Restaurant' in the sidebar or visit our signup page. Fill in your restaurant details, upload photos, create your menu, and our team will review and activate your listing within 24-48 hours.
We offer three plans: Starter (2,000 ETB/month with 14-day free trial), Pro (4,000 ETB/month), and Enterprise (custom pricing). Each plan includes different features and capabilities. Visit our About page for detailed pricing.
Yes! The Starter plan includes a 14-day free trial. You can explore all features before committing to a subscription.
Once registered, you'll have access to your dashboard where you can add, edit, or remove menu items, update prices, set availability, and organize items into categories.
Yes! All subscription plans include unlimited QR code generation. Customers can scan these codes to view your menu and place orders directly from their table.
Your dashboard provides a real-time order management system where you can view incoming orders, update order status, assign staff, and communicate with customers.
We provide detailed analytics including daily/monthly/yearly revenue, best-performing dishes, customer trends, staff performance, peak hours, and more. Pro and Enterprise plans get advanced analytics.
Pricing & Billing
For Starter plan, you'll be charged after your 14-day free trial ends. Pro and Enterprise plans are billed monthly or annually based on your preference.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
Yes! Annual subscriptions get a 20% discount compared to monthly billing.
No hidden fees! The subscription price includes all features listed in your plan. Transaction fees may apply for online payments processed through the platform.

Our support team is available Monday to Saturday, 9 AM - 6 PM EAT. Enterprise customers have access to 24/7 priority support.
Yes! We provide comprehensive onboarding and training materials for all restaurants. Enterprise customers get on-site training and dedicated account management.
